Double Wiper 1AZ

The elastomer wiper 1AZ is universally applicable in almost all applications in which a particularly good wiping effect to the outside and inside aswell as a reduction of the residual oil film is required. Depending on profile width and diameter, snap fit in closed and undercut housings is possible.
The wiper 1AZ is mainly used with sealing elements which have a universal hydrodynamic backpumping capability.

Design: The double wiper has two elastic lips. One acts as a wiper lip and one as a sealing lip. The sealing lip reduces the residual oil film by wiping it inwards. Depending on the application, the double wiper can be made of NBR or PUR.

Temperature NBR: -30 °C / +110 °C
Sliding Speed NBR: ≤ 1,0 m/s

Temperature PUR: -35 °C / +100 °C
Sliding Speed PUR: ≤ 0,8 m/s
